Will the equipment be new or used?
It may be new or used. Used equipment is thoroughly cleaned and serviced before it goes back out for rental.
How do I pay?
Normal payment is by monthly Direct Debit starting one month after the day of delivery. After paying the first month’s rental, you will be re directed so you can complete the Direct Debit mandate. We are currently offering customers the chance to hire with HALF PRICE DELIVERY, saving £24.
How do I arrange delivery and installation?
After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time to deliver and install your equipment ready for you to use. SUMMER OFFER – We are currently offering customers half price delivery, saving £24 (usually £48).
How soon is delivery?
Delivery will be 3 to 5 working days after you have placed your order.
Do I have to put it together?
No. We will deliver and install your equipment fully assembled and ready to use.
What happens if the equipment goes wrong?
We will take care of the service and maintenance. Let us know and we will send an engineer out or swap your machine for another.
How do I cancel the agreement?
Please notify us by email at least 10 days before the next Direct Debit is due.
Additionally, we would advise that you cancel with your bank.
Do the machines require maintenance?
No, other than general cleaning and replacing the batteries in the console as and when needed.
Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No! After the first Direct Debit you can cancel whenever you wish.
